This recipe shows how you can select the XML files in dropdownlist using dynamic parameter.

Steps taken:

  1. Create an XML datasource (NewsToday.ds).
  2. Enter the following into “DataSource Wizard > URL”:repository:/Elixir/ER_Cookbook/Data-Designer/DS-XML/NewsToday/data/NewsToday-${Language#choice(Mixed,Korean,Arabic,Tamil)#Mixed}.xml
  3. Set the Input Format as “XML”.
  4. Set the Date, Time and Timestamp formats accordingly.
