There are a few points to take note to achieve best results in the LPT output -

  1. Set the font = Courier, size = 10pt,
  2. Set the padding of the cell,
  3. Set the cell height = character height (LPT output settings),
  4. Set the top position of the cells are multiples of the character height and
  5. Make sure that the cell width and left position are multiples of the character width.
