This recipe demonstrates the use of Cache DataSource.

Steps taken:

  1. Create a cache datasource (cache-FruitSales.ds).
  2. In the “Cache a Datasource > DataSource” field, enter the file path of the original datasource (FruitSales.ds).
  3. In the “Cache Datasource Parameters” page, set the “Cache Type” to “Memory”. Set the “Duration” to 180 seconds.
