Empty every User’s Recycle Bin in Ambience 4.6.5

Details of feature:

• Administrators will be able to create a Daily/Hourly/Weekly Task to empty every user’s recycle bun.
• It’s recommended that this task is created for Weekly basis & executes during the wee hours to avoid mishap’s (i.e. inability to recover deleted items)

Notes:
// This feature is only for Ambience 4.6.5 onwards.
// This function is only available to the Administrator

Feature Walkthrough:

1. From Ambience Designer, Administrator will be able to choose between a Daily/Hourly/Weekly Job to create the Task in.
   

2. Add a new Task “AdminCommand”
   

3. Choose the Action, “Clean recycle bins”.
   

   

4. Schedule the Job in Ambience Server.
