Main reason for this update is to address the following 3rd party vulnerability which has been replaced with the latest secure version:
- netty: 4.2.13.Final
- bcpg-jdk18on: 1.84
- bcprov-jdk18on: 1.84
- bcpkix-jdk18on: 1.84
In addition, the following fix has been added to Ambience/Repertoire 2024.0.13:
- elx-runtime: fix to allow color background fills to bleed to the top edges in pdf
